Bageshwar District Uttarakhand

Bageshwar is one of the glorious place located in the hills Kumaon region of the Uttarakhand State. Bageshwar is also a district of Uttarakhand state, and its area is 1696 sq. km. The Districts headquarters of Bageshwar is also situated in the Bageshwar city. Bageshwar Divides the Kumaon and Garhwal Region. Bageshwar is lying at the confluence of holy rivers Saryu, Gomti and the latent Bhagirathi River. Bageshwar is a small town mostly dedicated to Holy shrine of Lord Shiva. It is also a smallest district in Uttarakhand. Surkanda Devi Temple Uttarakhand
