Shri Kedarnath is one of the most holy and sacred place in uttarakhand, well known for a Dhams in Uttarakhand. The temple of Shri Kedarnath Ji is mostly dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is situated the elevation of 3584 mts above from the sea level and the weather of the place is always good for tourists and visitor. The Humph is worshipped here. The temple was built by Adi Guru sankracharya in 18th Century and also you can see the Samadhi of Adi Guru Sankracharya aback the Kedarath temple. Places to visit between the tour:- Guptkashi- Gaurikund- Trijuginarayan- Kedarnath- Rudrapryag- Devprayag- Rishikesh.
Opening date of Kedarnath temple:-14th may 2013.
How to Prepare your tour:- Start your tour from Haridwar.
Day 1st:- Take the Cab or Taxi from Haridwar and leave to Guptkashi or Gaurikund enroute you can visit the holy Influence Devprayag, Rudraprayag. Over Night stay at Guptkashi.
Day 2nd- Next day rise early morning, and take the cab for Gaurikund and then Leave to Kedarnath Via trekking route. You can also take pony, Palki from Gaurikund for Kedarnath. And if you want to take Helicopter for Darshan then you can take it from Phata or Guptkashi. After reach Kedarnath, visit the holy temple and take a hotel for over night stay.
Day 3rd:- Early morning visit the temple pray or Aarti darshan which is really an awesome. After that you can give the Abhishek Puja and visit the places near about kedarnath. At evening reach to Guptkashi. Take rest there and over night stay at Guptkashi.
Day 4th:- early morning visit the temple of Trijuginarayan which is one of the amazing temple with its amazing surrouding by hills. After that return to Haridwar enroute visit Rishikesh.
